2010 Dodge Ram Review

The 2010 Dodge Ram is one of the best received full-size trucks to hit the market in the year 2010. The 2010 Dodge Ram, with its exaggerated grill, definitely has the toughness one would seek in a work vehicle. Review after review, the 2010 Dodge Ram keeps holding its weight against other similar heavy-duty trucks currently in the market.

A feature of the 2010 Dodge Ram that is constantly marveled upon is its superior handling abilities. The Dodge Ram defies all expectations one would normally have for a heavy-duty truck, and handles as well as many smaller cars.

The interior of the 2010 Dodge Ram is also another pleasant surprise when examining the Ram. The interior comes with cool options, such as: Wireless network capabilities, navigation systems, and even leather seats. With its capability to seat up to six passengers, the Dodge Ram has no problems doubling as a family car.

Another thing that constantly stands out in 2010 Dodge Ram reviews, is the fuel efficiency the truck possesses; especially when compared to other big trucks in its weight class. While it is not yet comparable to the fuel efficiency of the Honda Civic or other highly efficient cars, the 2010 Dodge Ram's 20 miles per hour fuel efficiency, definitely helps it differentiate itself from the crowd.

One thing that might rub truck lovers the wrong way about the Dodge Ram is its weaker engine; which might have difficulty pulling heavy loads. While the makers of the Ram do give buyers the option to get a V-8 engine, the smaller 210 horsepower V-6 engine will have problems pulling anything of significant size. The automatic transmissions offered with the new Ram models, also doesn't sit well with many truck enthusiast; many of whom prefer manual transmissions on their heavy-duty trucks.

Besides its few flaws, the Dodge Ram is still one of the better heavy-duty trucks available in the market. With its five year or 100,000 mile warranty, the Dodge Ram is a good investment for anyone seeking a powerful work truck. It is affordable at just below $20,000.

Upon review of the 2010 Dodge Ram, it is rather apparent the folks at Chrysler are really making an effort to improve the functionality of their trucks. While it still has a lot of similarities to the earlier 2009 model, it definitely has a few new additions that move the Dodge Ram series in the right direction.
