Review: 'Inception' Limited Edition Briefcase Gift Set

The makers of the movie "Inception" released a limited edition briefcase set which includes the movie itself in three formats DVD, Blu-ray, and a digital copy. The set also includes several other items, including 7 movie art cards, a copy of the motion comic "The Cobol Job", a PASIV device owner manual, not the mention the ultra sleek looking aluminum briefcase.

If you are one of those who do not skimp on their entertainment, the Blu-ray copy disk is the best way to watch the movie. The picture quality is no different from what you would see at your local cinema. The sound quality is completely breathtaking and it makes the awesome special effects in the movie that much better.

For those who still insist on using their DVD player, the producers of the gift set managed to keep you in mind by providing a DVD version for those who are yet to upgrade to Blu-ray. The quality is not as good as the Blu-ray version, but that should be expected. It is still a viable way to watch one of your favorite movies.

When traveling, you can still enjoy the movie on your laptop with the digital copy included in the Limited edition briefcase. The digital copy comes in high definition and the sound quality is very good as well.

The inclusion of the prequel "The Cobol Job" is awesome for those still new to the "Inception" series. It provides you with enough information to understand the major themes of the movie. With the Briefcase edition being limited to only 2000 copies, this gift set is one of the best gifts you can give to any Inception fan or potential fan who is yet to be initiated into this amazing new world. Priced at $49.99, it should not leave a huge hole in your wallet.
