Rampage pulls out of UFC 153 fight against Glover Teixeira

Former UFC light-heavyweight champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson has pulled out of his UFC 153 encounter against Glover Teixeira, due to an elbow injury suffered during training.

"Rampage is hurt and out of UFC 153 RIO. SUCKS!!!!!!" UFC president Dana White tweeted earlier today.

A replacement for Rampage is yet to be announced, and it won't be easy finding anyone who wants to fight a dangerous guy like Teixeira in his native Brazil, on short notice.

We'll have to wait and see what the future holds for the Brazilian.
