As expected, the Duke Blue Devils had no problems in their Nov. 2, exhibition game against the Shaw Bears, winning the contest 80-66. The Blue Devils didn't give Shaw much of a chance during the encounter between the two teams, taking control in the opening moments of the game and never looking back.

ReplyDeleteBlue Devils struggled in part after halftime because forward kyle singler picked up his fourth foul with 14:29 left. The cruise powered to a 76 52 win, despite shooting 19 percent from the field in the second half, and missing 15 of 32 free throws overall. The advantage grew to 20 points early in the third quarter and from that point the Blue Devils were content on trading baskets. Thanks a lot....
