The Seattle Sounders FC continued their excellent play in the CONCACAF Champions League, defeating Costa Rica's Herediano 2-1 on Sept. 14. With the win, the Sounders have now won their third straight game in the group stage of the 2011 CONCACAF Champions League, securing their position at the top of Group D.
