The Seattle Sounders FC bounced right back from a disappointing 0-1 loss against Costa Rica's Herediano in their last outing, defeating the Vancouver Whitecaps 3-1 on Sept. 24. The Whitecaps actually took the early lead in the encounter against the Sounders FC, opening the scoreboard in the 21st minute of the game.
