The Seattle Sounders FC made history against CONCACAF defending Champions Monterrey, defeating the Mexican team 1-0 on Aug. 23. With the win, the Sounders FC are now the second MLS team to defeat a Mexican team on their home soil. To make the win even better, the Sounders FC pulled off the upset without Kasey Keller, Mauro Rosales and Fredy Montero.
