Sounders FC looking to upset Monterrey

The Seattle Sounders FC couldn't have asked for a better start in the group stage of the CONCACAF Champions league, defeating Guatemala's Comunicacion 4-1 on Aug. 16.
Seattle followed up its domination of Comunicacion with a 1-0 win over Dallas FC on Aug. 20. The Sounders FC looked better with Brad Evans and Jhon Kennedy Hurtado back in the lineup, and it will hope for continued success in the CONCACAF Champions League when it faces the defending champions, Mexico's Monterrey on Aug. 23.
