Dirk Nowitzki's injured finger might end up being a significant factor in the 2011 NBA Finals. Nowitzki injured his left middle finger, during the final quarter of Game 1 against the Miami Heat. Nowitzki's injury was diagnosed as a torn tendon, and the seven foot forward is expected to play through the injury which is expected to take around six weeks to heal.
