Nowitzki helps Mavericks win first NBA title

The Dallas Mavericks defeated the Miami Heat 105-95 in Game 6 of the 2011 NBA finals, earning the franchise its first NBA title. With the win, Dirk Nowitzki solidifies himself as a top level NBA player, carrying his team all the way to the NBA championship and winning his first finals MVP award. The Heat will have to wait for until next year for another chance at the NBA title, for the Mavericks and Dirk Nowitzki, congratulations on a job well done.
